On May 16, 2000, a small group of post-operative duodenal switch patients got together for dinner at Delancey Street Restaurant in San
Francisco, California. Since it was a a weeknight, the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, and we were able to spend lot of time at our table, enjoying each others’ company! Almost everyone ordered steak dinners, which were given
high marks all around. Melanie’s Chicken Picatta over angel hair garlic pasta was a hit as well. Good food, good fun, good friends -- and all of us still losing weight and feeling great! What could be better? :-)
